The Window Centre provides a full 10 year guarantee on the product and workmanship. This guarantee has given peace of mind to all our customers and even when the expiry period has arrived, we have still been able to assist with any requests.

Fensa regulations

All installations meet the stringent requirements of Fensa.
There are new rulings to fire exit that come into force on 9th March 2006.

These rulings set out that escape openings on upper floors MUST HAVE A MINIMUM APERTURE. This means that some bay window openings may not comply as the design of some window companies products cannot meet the regulations.

THE WINDOW CENTRE HAVE A UNIQUE DESIGN THAT WILL ALLOW THE LEGAL FIRE EXIT OPENING WHILST STILL SUPPORTING THE BAY STRUCTURE IN TOTAL AT THE CORRECT POINTS.

All customers have the opportunity for additional insurance cover from The Independent Warranty Association. This is a 10 year indemnity that is backed by Lloyds of London and is accepted by Fensa as recognised back up.

The Window Centre is proud of its ability to provide a comprehensive after sales service when it is required.

Being a local company, we are able to respond more quickly than the average nationally run company and our customers are known to us more intimately than is possible in large organisations.
